The Valhyr Pendant
Field Coherence
A heart-worn pendant built on sacred geometry and honest craft, carried as an anchor for the field you already are.
This is not wellness. This is sovereignty.
You are not a solid object moving through empty space. You are a living bioelectric field. Your heart runs on electrical rhythm — that's what an ECG reads. Your brain runs on it, every cell holds a charge, and your bones generate current when you move. That part is measurable, and it's been in the textbooks for a century.
And I believe that field is your first line of defense. Not a wall. Something you temper, the way you temper steel: heated, worked, cooled, and made able to hold an edge under load.
Modern life puts load on it from every direction. Constant signal. Emotional and empathic weight. A nervous system that rarely gets to stand down. Coherence is what you spend keeping up with all of it.
Valhyr is built on three principles, drawn from sacred geometry, material craft, and the place where Norse and Eastern traditions meet.
Frequency creates form. Draw a bow across a metal plate covered in sand and the sand leaps into precise geometric patterns — one shape for each note. Many viruses build themselves as twenty-sided solids. Your own cells hold their shape through balanced tension, a principle Buckminster Fuller called tensegrity.
Form carries structure, and structure carries signal. The Valhyr form is built on that principle, not on decoration.
Every material has a natural resonance. Quartz rings so reliably that your watch keeps time by it. A bell holds its note before it's ever struck — the potential sits in the material, waiting for something to call it out.
I believe a material chosen and prepared with intention can carry that kind of stillness. That's belief, and I'll always name it as belief.
The heart produces the strongest electrical and magnetic signal in the body. There is no more responsive place to carry something.
Valhyr rests there, over the loudest part of your field, where you feel its weight with every breath.
Your field is not something you have. It is something you are. Valhyr does not add to you. It restores clarity to what was always yours to hold.
Wipe it with a soft dry cloth. Remove it before swimming or showering. No charging, no batteries, no maintenance — it will outlast the devices it was made to accompany.
Put it on in the morning before you touch your phone. Through the day, every time you feel its weight against your sternum, do one thing: breathe in for five seconds, out for five.
That pace is one of the most studied ways to raise heart rate variability, the clearest measure we have of how well your nervous system adapts under load. One breath, a dozen times a day, compounds.
People have carried objects like this for as long as there have been people. Egyptian amulets inscribed with words of power. Runes that were meant to be sung, not only carved. Stones carried out of sacred ground. Every one of them worked the same way: meaning, paired with ritual, held close to the body.
Valhyr is the same lineage, made with modern hands.
I'll tell you what I tell everyone in person.
If this doesn't resonate with you — if you read this and feel nothing — don't buy it. I'd rather you leave with the understanding than with a piece you don't believe in. Nothing here is designed to convince you.
But if something in it pulled at you, I'd be honored for you to carry one.

No. There's no battery and nothing to maintain. Put it on and wear it.
Some people do, some don't, and both are normal. What I'd ask you to track instead is the practice: one slow breath each time you notice it. That's where the change shows up.
Yes. Many people wear Valhyr alongside something with their own history in it.
Hedron is built around geometry and daily practice for the home and the devices you use. Valhyr is a personal piece, rooted in Norse craft and worn at the heart. They come from the same understanding of the body as a living field.
