Shipping Information
Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours during the business week for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Orders placed after 11am on Fridays will be shipped out the following business day.
Your product will arrive within 7-10 Business days (most likely sooner).
We offer Priority Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for $22.00 and Overnight Shipping ** for $35.00 no matter how many items you order. (US Orders Only) ** Overnight orders must be placed by 11am CST Mon-Fri, any order placed after 11am CST will be shipped out the following business day
** Wholesale orders will incur a $6 flat rate charge.
International orders All International (non-US) orders will be offered multiple shipping rate options based upon location and package weight. Each international customer has the choice of the service, timeline, and rate that they would prefer. Once your package has left our facility you will get an email from our system with your tracking number.
Depending on the service you choose, once your package reaches customs we may no longer have access to tracking information or the ability to tell you when, for sure, your package will be delivered.
If a timeline was not shown on the service you selected when you placed your order, on average, international orders take 3-6 weeks but can take more or even less time. We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately this is something beyond our control. Please be patient when waiting for your international order.

We offer a no hassle, money back guarantee for 60 days as well as a 1 year warranty on our Hedron Products.
Due to the Nature of our handmade Guardian products, there are no returns or exchanges on these products.
The Hedron headphones (that we no longer sell) are not included in the 5 year warranty but are available for the 60 day money back guarantee.
