Frequently Asked Questions
Are the Products Waterproof?
They are water resistant. So if they do get wet they should be fine as long as the water does not get inside of the product. However they will not be water resistant if they are cracked.
How long do they last?
Hedron device pieces are designed to last the lifetime of the device they are attached to. We recommend a new piece when you get a new device, only because the adhesive will not hold as well if you unstick and restick it, so it could fall off.
Do I need to ground my pendant?
No. Some people like to set their pendant on the bare earth for a few minutes now and then, on grass or near a tree, as a ritual of their own. It's optional, not maintenance.
My pendant accidentally ended up in the wash. Is it ruined?
No. As long as it isn't cracked or leaking any powder or fluid, it's fine to keep wearing. They aren't waterproof, but they are very water resistant.
Do any Hedron pieces need to be grounded?
No. Grounding is an optional ritual some people enjoy, not something any piece needs.

I love my Hedron for large electronics! I put it on the back of my iPad and I am feeling much better; and my iPad runs better as well! I already have the Black Guardian (as I live about a mile from an electrical substation and cell tower) and the IResonate black pendant for personal protection. I have had both of these going on 3 years and there is such a difference in the atmosphere of my house - much calmer. Thank you for such a great product and resources for this largely unknown issue.

The product is fine, I preferred the smaller slicker size though. However, it was mailed to the wrong address Hedron wrote the wrong Hwy name but it said it was delivered. I had to pick it up at the post office. Thankfully someone else didn’t take it!

As someone with extreme EMF/EMR sensitivity, I greatly appreciate the Hedron company for answering my many questions before purchasing and for creating products that actually work! My devices no longer heat up and I no longer have ANY radiation exposure symptoms upon using my laptop and phone, allowing me to resume working (which requires several hours of phone and laptop use per day).
