A parasite is an organism that lives off of another organism, such as an animal or a human. They travel throughout our bodies, live off of our food and nutrients, and leave their waste floating behind! Yuck.
What we are finding clinically is that these microscopic "aliens" are much more common than we once thought, often times explaining the unexplained (stomach aches, irritable bowel, skin conditions, chronic fatigue). When they live in us, they can feed off our metabolic processes and drain our inner resources, leaving us less than healthy and in some cases are even deadly.
In 1993 an outbreak of Cryptosporidium in the Milwaukee water supply sickened over 400,000 people and killed over 100. Thanks to global warming, which makes the general environment more parasite-friendly, and increased global travel, parasites are now more common in our country than ever before. Other factors contributing to this infestation include pollution, day care center crowding, household pets, antibiotic overuse, infected food and water, and infected community swimming pools.
In fact, most people who are infected, don’t even realize it. Your pets are at risk as well. Did you know that one out of every five dogs is infected with one or more types of parasite? These types are easily transferred right to your intestinal tract. Some types can live in your body causing "minor" issues for over 30 years. Take this little quiz to see if this may be a problem you need to address.
The Quiz
1. Do you experience unexplained muscle aches and pains?
2. Do you experience normal bowel movements with bouts of intermittent diarrhea or constipation?
3. Do you have unexplained weight loss and/or fever?
4. Do you have any bloating or distention of your belly?
5. Do you grind your teeth while you sleep?
6. Do you have dark circles under your eyes and/or acne?
7. Do you have insomnia or disturbed sleep?
8. Have you traveled outside of the U.S.?
9. Do you regularly eat unpeeled raw fruit and/or vegetables?
10. Do you have pets that sleep in bed with you, or do you eat after contact with your pets?
If you answered yes to three or more of these questions, you may be suffering from a parasite. What can be done? Glad you asked. The single most important thing you can do to be sure you don’t get parasites, and to start the process of getting rid of them, is to avoid sugar! These pests thrive off sugar, as do all the other "immune system challenges" (fungus, virus, and bacteria). They absolutely cannot live on a diet without sugar.
In some cases, that means eliminating fruit as well for a certain period of time. Even a tiny bit will keep them alive and reproducing. The second thing you can do is increase your fiber in the form of vegetables (not grains). This will help to unhook the creatures from your intestinal wall. The best veggies for this are beets and kale. My favorite herbs for parasite removal are garlic, raw pumpkin seeds, rosemary, and thyme.
Even better…do an appropriate purification program or detoxification. We always recommend finding a professional near you for the best results. This will not only rid your body of these nasty invaders, but will actually clean all the extra junk out of your organs and cells – you will feel amazing!
Of course, all forms of EMF lower the immune system. This lowered immunity will certainly allow an opening for parasites (and other immune challenges like viruses, bacteria, and fungus) to invade your body. Make sure you are fully protected by using your Hedron products!
